While I absolutely love dressing up, especially for the blog, it is nice to include some outfits that I am more commonly seen in this time of year, like the one above! Last week, I linked a TON of my favorite sweaters for the season and this one was included on that list! (If you haven't had a chance to check out the list, click here!) I live in sweaters basically every day all throughout fall, winter, and spring. This outfit is composed entirely of items that I wear on repeat in my everyday looks.

This sweater from H&M is, seriously, the best. H&M is one of my most shopped stores, as they have pretty high quality clothing at a low price! This particular sweater is very affordable and is soft and warm. It was perfect for being out and about in the snow and cold weather! For more casual looks, I love to wear an oversized sweater with leggings. As this sweater is on the longer side, at least on me at 5' 5", it works great! The cowl neck and the middle seam are also details that I enjoy about this sweater.

While I have shared these faux leather leggings from Nordstrom once before (see here), they are not going anywhere anytime soon! I discovered these leggings thanks to countless other blogger's recommendations and do not think I can go back to regular leggings again! These leggings are super slimming, supportive, high waisted, and opaque. The number one rule I have when purchasing leggings is that the fabric is thick enough that it is not see-through when leaning over. There is nothing out of place or showing through...ever...in these leggings. I also love the faux leather look! It is just some added sheen/texture but not enough to look cheesy.

These boots, while being my only pair of snow boots, are my favorite. They are super cute and functional at the same time! I love the little fur detail, the quilting pattern, and the lace up front! I bought these boots a couple of years ago from Dicks Sporting Goods for a Colorado trip, so they have since sold out, but I have linked some similar options for you above!

I paired these boots with some adorable, and super soft, boot socks from Target! I liked that they provided contrast between the black leggings and boots and matched the color of my scrunchie perfectly!

I purchased this Kate Spade bag about a year ago now when they had a huge surprise sale comprised of items that were going out of circulation completely, so this exact bag is no longer available. However, I have found some great options linked above! I love a good black bag, and this one called my name. It has a super cute bow tied on the straps that adds some visual interest to what would be a pretty typical bag, otherwise.

To keep warm and to add a pop of color, I wore these adorable red bow gloves from T.J. Maxx. They worked so well with the bow in my hair and on my bag, and the color goes so well with my lip color. Find similar styles above. (See styled here as well!)

I wanted to make the outfit look sweet and girly, so to finish off the look, I wore this adorable, velvet scrunchy from H&M. While scrunchies might not be your thing (hello 80's), they are coming back in a big way and are available almost anywhere now. I have seen a lot of bow scrunchies, like this one, or patterned/textured scrunchies. They are a great way to add some interest to your hairstyle and look super cute!

To give the look just a hint of bling, I wore these super pretty crystal studs that my mom gifted me a while back! They are sophisticated and super shiny. I love how sparkly earrings, or pearls, look with a red lip, so I wore my favorite matte lipstick from Kylie Cosmetics.
